Now.. my opinion on this (Keri) I think Target will lose a lot of business with this new policy. Whoever made this up did not think how they can get more revenue ($$)... Interesting. I doubt it will last very long.
- Coupon amount may be reduced if it exceeds the value of the item after other discounts or coupons are applied.
- BOGO coupons cannot be combined (i.e. you cannot use two BOGO coupons on two items and get both for free). Unless stated otherwise on the coupon, the use of one Buy One Get One Free coupon requires that two of the valid items are presented at checkout of which one item will be charged to the guest and the 2nd item will be discounted by its full retail price.
- A second cents-off coupon of the same type cannot be redeemed towards the purchase price of the first item.
- If a Target BOGO coupon is used, one additional manufacturer coupon maybe used on the first item.
- If a Manufacturer BOGO coupon is used, one additional Target coupon may be used on the first item.

Andrea Seidel here: I agree with you Keri on Target policy. I don't think it will last either. Unfortunately I had a bad experience yesterday at Target. "Coupon amount may be reduced if it exceeds the value of the item after other discounts or coupons are applied." The employee reduced the value of the coupon. I told her why did she adjusted the value of the coupon. She told me about the new policy. For example, I got trail size of Herbal Shampoo and it costs $.97 and I had $1.00 coupon for any size. So that means I will have $.03 overage and the overage can go to other purchases. So I disagree with the new policy.
ReplyDeleteSame here... I think it ruined by Extreme Couponing
