Keri's 1-27-11 Shopping Trip in detail!

Good Afternoon, all! Last night I made my weekly trip to town and hit several stores for the good deals!! :o) I will list what coupons I used below.


Let's start with CVS:
1/27/11 Trip (CVS)

TOTAL RETAIL: $17.79
SPENT: $1.83
SAVED: $15.56
100% savings (MONEYMAKER because I recieved 3.99 ExtraBucks!)
I bought:
6 Always Pantiliners
2 Extra Dessert Gum
1 Crest ProHealth Mouthrinse
Total: $17.79
        I used: My CVS card to get the store savings of 6.46 off my total.
                   (1)- 2.00/1 Crest PROhealth from the insert in the newspaper
                   (2)- .75/1 Extra Dessert Gum printable from http://www.cvs.com/
                   (6)- 1.00/1 Always coupon from the insert in the newspaper
That brings my total down to $1.83. I PAID $1.83, then I recieved $3.99 back to use for anything in the store. (Kinda like a store credit)
So, in all- I MADE MONEY shopping at CVS!

 Next, I went to TARGET.

 Whew, are you getting tired yet? LOL I went to Smith's after that... and scored big time.

             I took advantage of the event: Buy 10 items, get $5 off. I had 90 participating items.

I paid: 17.34 which isn't bad at all for cheese, milk, meat, fresh vegetables AND that much propel!
**Now, I know the total is off- it seems like the cashier missed some coupons- all the reason to watch them like a hawk while scanning!**
