This week at Walgreens, it looks as if Tylenol Precise & Patches are $4 off according to the ad – but what’s even more strange is what happens when you buy two of them!
I read that some people went into Walgreens today to get the Tylenol Precise Cream on sale for $3.99, BUT!! the second one rang up at 50% off.
They also tested it with the Tylenol Precise Patches that were also on sale for $3.99, and second one rang up at $1.99 making it just $5.98 for 2. After the $6/2 coupon below, well, you got it – possibly FREE Tylenol Precise.
- $6/2 Motrin PM, Tylenol Precise, Pepcid or Zyrtec 1/9/2011 SS Insert (exp 4/30/2011)
- $5/2 Tylenol Precise Product 12/12/2010 RP Insert (exp 3/31/2011)
- $6/2 Zyrtec, Pepcid, Motrin or Precise internet printable
Now I’m not sure if this will work at your Walgreens – it’s worth checking out if you’re going to Walgreens today.

Thanks for the info.. Went to first WG store and they would not take $6 Q even when I had a filler for 59 cents. Went to 2nd store and the manager had to manually enter the Q. Got a small package of Oreo cookies for 59 cents..OOP was 57 cents. Wahoooo!!!

Interesting! Most Walgreens tend to adjust the coupon down- although they are NOT supposed to because they will get reimbursed from the manufacturer for the full face value of the coupon.
