Harris Teeter: **POSSIBLE** Triple Coupons 9/14

Rumor has it that Harris Teeter will be offering triple coupons starting on Wednesday, September 14th. Any coupon up to .99 will be tripled.  I'll keep an eye on coupon matchups to go with sale items for Sept 14th-Sept 20th.

    We won't know which area will have triple coupons until next week.
