Of course wash the apples before preparing them. :-)
You will need this to coat your apples in. It helps prevent them turning into brown color.
Peel and cut them into pieces then dip it in the lemon juice.
Put them on a flat tray and put it in the freezer to get them freeze before
put in the bag that way it will avoid getting them too stick to each other.
You also could add cinnamon for a pie prep or anything.
Put them in the bag and label them. You could add the date on it as well.
They should last in freezer below 25 degree for other 6 months.
This is the easiest way to preserve your Apples and Pears both has same method of freezing! :-) Enjoy
