ReplyDeletethis didn't work for me keri. i tried it & had such a terrible time w/RA and the sales associate. my total was more than $33 and it still didn't print. i asked for a refund and the manager on duty said all i would get back is the actual cash i paid since i used my ups and coupons. i walked out very unhappy. just venting on you though keri. it's not your fault. their ad even said so. i will call corporate in a few minutes. i love all your posts! they help me out so much as i am a full time working mom.
