 Manufacturers want to hear your feedback of the products that they sell. They value your opinion and enjoy hearing your experiences. In return for giving some information to the manufacturer, they will often send you high valued coupons.

Find a manufacturer whose products you use weekly and enjoy. Go to the website, look for "Contact Us" or "Contacts". You can usually find the maling or email address.  Companies try to make it as easy as possible to contact them.

Ways to take when it comes to writing the letter.

1. If you really enjoy the product, explain to the manufacturer about why you prefer it over other products, or just a courtesy letter to tell them how you enjoy their product.
2. If you had a negative experience with the product, explain what happened and what they can do to help the situation. The company wants to keep your business so they will want to keep you satisfied.

If you want to file a product complaint, make sure you have information about the incident. This includes the UPC number of the product, date of the purchase, price paid, and the name and address of the store where you bought it from. If you are going to mail a letter it is very helpful if you include the bar code and attach it to the letter. The manufacturer will know that you actually bought the product.
