    SO, I can use the Papermate coupon for $1/1 or does it have to be the Pentel Pens? I couldn't locate that Target coupon so I am not sure if I missed it. Thanks.

    The coupon has to be for Pentel Pen, not Papermate. When on Target coupon page look for "Stationery & Holiday" on left side of categories. I hope the coupon is still there. Sometimes Target will take it out when the limit is met.
