    Help me here. Sometimes my stores say they can't take $3 off something that is less than that price. Do I have to buy something else with it? Thanks

    Print the Walmart COupon policy that says overage can be applied.. and you can get cash back. :) OR buy other things you need to absorb the overage. <3
