thats true but I rather walmart's because they allow overages and My target doesnt allow overages..
Target will adjust the coupon down to $.97 (Even though they are PROHIBITTED to.. but... they are being sued right now for that)Walmart it's .03 cents overage or get it for free at target and have 4 pieces instead of 3.. :)
