2 eggs
1/4 cup milk
2 TBSP water
4 TBSP flour
1/8 TSP salt
Strawberries
4-oz Cream Cheese
1/2 cup Cottage Cheese
1/2 cup Cool Whip
1/4 cup Sugar
Strawberries
1 TBSP Lemon Juice
1/4 Cup Sugar
1/4 Cup Sugar
THE DIRECTIONS: (Crepes)
#1: Crack 2 eggs in a blender (I use a blender because it blends the ingredients better and faster.)
#2: Add 1/4 cup Milk right in.
#3: Add 2 TBSP water.
#4: Add 4 TBSP flour!
#5: Add 1/8 TBP salt!
#6: Blend, blend and blend! It should look like this!
#7: Pour VERY carefully- ABOUT 2 TBSP-3TBSP in a SMALL frying pan -- PSST the FREE Calphalon Pans we all got is PERFECT for this- no spray or oil needed! PERFECT!
#8: Quickly, with a smooth swirl with your hand, spread the batter around the pan.
#9: After about a minute, use a fork or a flat spatula to carefully go around the edges and flip it over. Cook the other side for about a minute.
THATS IT! Check Esther out as she tries for the first time!
Hee Hee... Esther won't be happy with me! Anyway.. Onto the Filling and Glaze..
THE DIRECTIONS: (Strawberry Cream Cheese Filling)
#1: Chop up the strawberries (Use as much or as little as you want! You decide!)
#2: Add 4 oz Cream Cheese and chopped strawberries in a mixing bowl.
#3: Put in about 1/2 cup Cottage Cheese in.
#4: AND 1/2 cup Cool Whip (ingore my ugly hands. LOL)
#5: Depends on your taste.. add in some Sugar, I used 1/4 cup.
#6: Mix, mix and mix it all up! Yummo! Now you have your filling to go inside the Crepes and roll it up! Now.. we need a glaze...
THE DIRECTIONS: (Strawberry Glaze)
#1: Chop up some more strawberries!! I found that thawed strawberries work the BEST for this!
#2: Add 1/2 Cup Sugar and 1 TBSP Lemon Juice.. Mix it up!
That's IT!!! Now, put it all on the table.. YUMMY!
