1/4 Cup Butter
1/4-1/2 cup Brown Sugar
(AND the CRUST--- RECIPE HERE!)
THE DIRECTIONS:
#2: Cook all the other ingredients - (butter, brown sugar, and nutmeg) in a small pot until it is all melted. (I used the free butter warmer from the wedding registry!)
#3: When it is all melted, pour it over your apples.. MMMM! Smells like Cinnamon Apple Rolls now...
#4: If you made the Pie Crust that I told you about... use the smaller ball dough. (Pie Crust--- RECIPE HERE)
#5: With a butter knife, cut it into flower pedal shapes for the base of the top dough.
#6: Arrange your dough on the top like this... Make it look like a flower!
#7: Cut a small circle for the middle of the flower.
#8: Push down the center of the flower.
#9: Add the flower in the middle!

#10: Crack one (1) egg into a small bowl and mix it. Use that as your "egg wash" This will make the top of the pie a little brown and shiny!!
#11: Just like this!!! Now, sprinkle some white sugar on the top! Pop it into the oven at 350degrees for about 20-30 minutes!
