Thrifty Baby Wipes!!

The cost of purchasing baby wipes can really add up over the years of parenthood. I decided to make my own baby wipes and it is inexpensive and EASY way to make your very own baby wipes.

Do you want to learn how to make your OWN baby wipes?!
Come and look at the pictures.

What you will need:
*Empty container with a lid --Reuse any old wipes containers if you can
*Very sharp knife or an electric knife if you have one
*Roll of paper towels
*1 1/2 Cups of water
*2 Tablespoons of wash
*1 Tablespoon baby oil

Cut paper towels in half with an electric knife or a super sharp knife

Place one section of cut towels into a bowl
Add 1 1/2 cup of water in a tall cup

Add 1 tablespoon of baby oil

Add 2 tablespoon of baby wash

Pour mixture over cut towels soaking them as much as possible

Let sit 10 minutes or more then flip the towels upside down
so the mixture soaks the other way

It should look like this after total 20 minutes

You should be able to remove the middle cardboard center of the paper towels

Cut the towels to the size that you prefer

Hooray!
Your very own baby wipes
and it smells good.

The typical cost for making 120 wipes using the method above is only .34!
Considering the average box of wipes (60 count) is $2.99, this is great savings.
Go and make your own baby wipes!
